Pet Loss and Pet Grief Support Group

  Welcome to the world of Pet Parents and Pet Grievers. There is something very profound about the loss or pending loss of our fur babies! We love them, we care for them, we nurture them especially at the times they need us the most – when they are sick and frail.

I decided to have a Pet Loss and Grief Support Group because my own experiences of pet loss left me using my own clinical therapeutic skills to get me through the grief process. It was not easy. It brought back all the memories of all the other losses in my life and therefore extended my grief. 

We Pet Parents really do need a safe space to share our thoughts and memories and have those acknowledged and witnessed. In our grief we should be able to freely express our relationship with our pets unconditionally, without judgement or recourse.

When is it?

It’s the third Sunday of every month 7pm to 9pm. You do not have to stay for the whole time.
